These stainless insert pans are designed to fit a regular size rectangular chafing dish. You will require 2 pans per chafing dish. This division will allow you to put more than one item in each chafer as well as items that may require a smaller serving size.These pans can be exchanged during buffet service with additional pans so make sure you order extra pans for large groups.
